So, a foundation has been set up to help, and all proceeds from the Tattoo Convention will go towards making this possible. So this is a chance to mix your love of tattoos with a very worthy cause. The organisers, need as much support as possible, so please consider attending or contributing. The convention will be held on the 26th - 28th March this year at the Bayview Hotel in Killybegs, a beautiful part of the world for those of you that haven't had the pleasure so far. Irelands National TV station RTE is making a documentary about Saibhe's story which will also lead to televised coverage of the convention itself, plus many other social and media forums are getting involved due to the hreat job the organisers have done in creating awareness for Saibhe, but also for the cause of The show itself, will feature a host of great artists, including the likes of the staggeringly good realism of Jani and Remis, plus some of the UK's most popular traditional tattooers, Ollie (Hope & Glory) and Ben Stone (Lifetime), a full artist list will appear shortly PLUS, a variety of acts, live bands and DJ. The Conventions entrance fee is a great value at €10 per day, or a weekend pass for €20, and some information for tattooers & artists wishing to work the show can be found on their Myspace and Facebook pages (see below). Tattoo TV will be giving this convention it's full support, we hope you will too.
