Historians have debated back and forth as to the possibility of the Pict tribe indulging in either tattooing or body painting for nearly two centuries now, the root of their contentions lying in a single passage written millennia ago by Roman poet Claudian: Body Piercing & Modification

As with any surface pierce, this is an effort that may or may not be a gamble – your piercist will need to assess whether you have sufficient skin that will take and hold a piercing, how likely the placed bar is to migrate, and how permanent or temporary the result might be. Also, as with any surface pierce, it’s not particularly easy to do and you will absolutely need to be in the hands of an expert for such a project.Tattoo Conventions

If you didn't bring enough to wear outside the Racecourse last January for the Brighton tattoo convention, a wander through the doors inside to the bar soon warmed your cockles! Lovely ladies (and some gents!) wearing saucy numbers squeezed past the hundreds of people who turned up, all ready to show off sleeves, back and chest pieces, and other body parts over the weekend!
