 If you recognised the quote in that headline, well done- you’re a nerd too! This is a story about the Star Wars Celebration V, where a bunch of great tattoo artists got together to paint some Star Wars themed skateboards for the charity Make a Wish. The auction of the boards was a great success, and the Star Wars blog was on hand to get many pictures. Well done to the tattoo artists involved- we never realised how cool a neo-traditional Hans Solo could look. [Link] |

 Tattooing is all over your TV set right now. We have Miami Ink, LA Ink, London Ink, Tattoo Hunter, Inked and Jodie Marsh’s latest exploits taking an ancient art form and turning it into chewing gum for the eyes. The latest seems to be a new show called Pigment, which is apparently filming right now in Austin, Texas.

 Anywhere near The CUB Art Gallery in Washington this weekend? If so, this could be your chance to be in an art exhibit! A new exhibit, simply called “INK”, will be open to the public in October, and they’re looking for anyone with an artistic and original tattoo to take part in the exhibit, where you could even win a prize for your artwork!
