If you're in Malmo or can get there between March 3rd and April 14th check out SKATE ART FOR CHARITY. Three artists from Blood Brothers and our sister studio Blue Bird have contributed to the project.
SKATE ART FOR CHARITY gives well known tattoo artists, painters and artists an opportunity to showcase the breadth of today's tattoo art and do something for those less fortunate.
The exhibition has been a collaboration with the Tattoo Expo. The artwork will be auctioned and all the proceeds go to Childhood Cancer Association of South, Aluma in Malmo and Animal Welfare Malmo.
The auction starts online today, on Thursday 4 March. Bids can be placed from 21.00 tonight on www...tattooexpo.com.
Our favorite Greek Goddess Jenny Skalkou will be doing a guest spot at Blood Brothers Tattoo Studio in March from the 3rd until the 13th. Call the studio on 0207 619 0345 to book.
Jenny's unique black and gray work has been popular for years now but given a new edge thanks to her recent travels. Don't miss this chance to get a beautiful and inspirational tattoo from one of Europe's great female artists
See Nick Whybrow and Mikeowl 4 this weekend, January 30th & 31st, at the Brighton Tattoo Convention.
As well as your chance to meet the artists and see them at work, we will be selling quality Toxico shirts designed by Blood Brothers. You can also buy unique framed artworks from both tattoo artists. And we have loads of stickers to giveaway.
We also have some copies of the bumper sketchbook as seen in Skin Deep and Total Tattoo. Jam packed with over 30 pages of designs to inspire you! The sketchbook covers Old School skull, rose and snake designs as well as New Skool creations like chicken snails!
While you're there checkout the The Sugar Project exhibition. The Sugar Project is an art event involving 80 tattoo artists worldwide. Ten hand painted skulls will be the raffle prizes at the Brighton Tattoo Convention with all proceeds going to the Woking Hospice.
The remaining 70 will be auctioned on Ebay from March 22nd
The exhibition will also feature a full sized skeleton painted by a collaboration of tattoo artists including Phil Kyle, Leah Moule, Paul Naylor and Blood Brothers.
With so much happening make sure you get there early!
